A popular budget accommodation resort is on the market. Nadi Bay Resort Hotel was at one time owned and managed by financial service operator, Wesram.
It is listed for mortgage sale by realtors, Bayleys, under a sale by tender notice. Located along Wailoaloa Beach Road, it is home to a range of accommodation units, including dormitories, and two swimming pools.
Sold on an as-is where is basis, the sale closes on September 22.
According to LinkedIn, the property was owned and managed over the past seven years by a Papua New Guinea national, who was a shareholder and board director for Trans Pacific Assurance Limited, and owner of Boroko Lodge.
