A 63-year-old woman of Narokorokoyawa Village in Sabeto is heartbroken after losing her son in an alleged motor-vehicle accident on Saturday night.
Ponipate Bainivalu, 17, a Year 11 student of Ba Provincial FreeBird Institute is alleged to have died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Siliva Bulileka who had adopted Ponipate when he was just two-months-old said that the family was still in shock with the sad news of his passing.
“Especially for me as I have taken care of him since he was just two months old,” she said.
