St Bedes Through To U19 Quarters

Savusavu-based St Bedes College Under-19 boys have qualified for the national quarter-finals next week to be held at the HFC Bank Stadium, Suva.
The Northerners beat Lomary Secondary School 14-10 Ratu Cakobau Park today.
The match was one of the 18 quarterfinals and playoffs played at the two Ratu Cakobau grounds and Sila Central College’s rugby paddock.
Their win was the result of their daring effort to beat their regulars Galoa-based LMS.
Their sweet victory started when they led 3-0 at half time.
Their consistency and affirmation of good communication were key to their securing victory.
