Suva To Welcome Carnival Splendor This Saturday

Carnival Splendor is expected to berth at the Suva Wharf this Saturday.

Tourism Fiji chief operations officer Leigh Howard said Carnival Splendor was expected in Suva and Denarau with more than 2400 passengers on board, and an additional 1,146 crew members.

The ship departed Seattle on August 6. Carnival has repositioned the vessel in our region in order to be ready for the 2022/2023 cruise season.

“Sailing from Sydney on a year-round basis, the vessel will offer varied itineraries that include destinations in Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and more,” he said.

Other cruises that are expected to berth in Suva from October to December are; Le Paul Gauguin, Grand Princess, Westerdam, Zuiderdam, Seabourne Odyssey, Carnival Lu-minosa and Majestic Princess.
