Winding Up Notice Against WG
A hearing is expected to commence next month against the owners of WG Friendship Plaza, by a local engineering company.
In an advertisement late last week, a winding up application of WG International Real Estate Co (Fiji) Pte Ltd was made by Engineered Designs Pte Ltd.
The application was made last month. WG Friendship Plaza WG Friendship Plaza is a 28-storey building that has been under construction since 2017.
The multi-million WG Friendship Plaza, at McGregor Road, is way behind schedule over its construction, with SunBiz receiving confirmation of suspension of finances for the prestigious project.
SunBiz contacted Engineered Designs and WG representative, Julien Yuen, for comments.
Engineered Designs said it was an internal matter, and refused to elaborate. Mr Yuen did not respond to calls and a text message to his number.
