With firm commitment to our social charter and the national wellness agenda, Vinod Patel and Company PTE Limited (Vinod Patel) has signed a sponsorship deal with the Fiji Police Force.

This is for the Fiji Police Inter Formation Soccer Tournament (IDC). The IDC will run from October 19-21.

With a sponsorship of $10,000 Vinod Patel as the major sponsor continues its commitment in 2021 to support Fiji Police sporting events for two years.

In 2021, Vinod Patel sponsored the Fiji Police men’s football team in the Ratu Sukuna Bowl competition.

A representation of the company’s corporate values of collaboration; engagement.

Vinod Patel chief operating officer Neelesh Singh says that the company acknowledges the hard work and immense contribution the Fiji Police Force makes daily towards national law and order, which isn’t easy.

He firmly believes that supporting their wellbeing programme is critical.

Singh added that this sponsorship, particularly in sports, celebrates and encourages the principles of comradeship and unity that both parties value.

“We thank the Fiji Police for giving us this opportunity to sponsor their IDC for 2022.”

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Itendra Nair on behalf of the Commissioner of Police acknowledged the management for their commitment in supporting the Fiji Police Force for another year.

He said as defending Ratu Sukuna football champions the donation would assist in their preparations towards both the IDC and eventually the ultimate prize of retaining the title for another year.

The Fiji Police Football IDC will be held at the Fiji Football academy grounds in Ba.

Eight teams from the Force will compete for the Commissioner’s Cup.
