The three-star hotel is nearing completion and is expected to open by mid-December.

The construction began in 2019 and because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the completion date was delayed by four months.

The hotel was supposed to be- ready by August 2022.

Description of the Hotel

The hotel will have 40 rooms, two restaurants, enough parking spaces and it will offer rental service.

It will provide up to 40 new jobs.

“Northpole is a popular destination in Labasa and so now we will have Northpole Nadi to create a link between Nadi and Labasa through the brand,” he said.

“I chose to build in Martintar as it is the social hub of Nadi.

“It will be a gateway for the tourists to book tours to Labasa and Savusavu through our hotel and this will help change a lot of things in Labasa.”

Future Plans

Next year, there are plans to start the construction of a 40 room hotel in Suva.
