Alleged murderer and United States of America (USA) national, Bradley Robert Dawson has been further remanded.

The accused, allegedly murdered his wife, Christe Chen, also a USA national, while on a luxurious honeymoon on Turtle Island Resort in the Yasawas on July 9 this year.

He appeared before High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza at the High Court in Lautoka yesterday.

He is represented by defence counsel, Iqbal Khan while prosecutor, Alvin Singh represented the State.

Mr Singh submitted that the voir dire disclosures would be filed and served by Friday.

Justice Hamza requested the State to check that some documents could be part of the original disclosures.

Mr Singh responded highlighting that he understood what the documents were and said that the State intended to have a separate set of voir disclosures so it would be easy for reference during the voir dire disclosures.

He also submitted that prosecution had received representation from Mr Khan and was yet to act on it.

The matter has been adjourned to November 25 for mention.
