Providing the best customer service to the public is an important area for Tiko Kece Taxis.

With over 180 taxis operating under Tiko Kece taxis, director Ratu Lomaca Baleilevuka said good customer service has built trust among its loyal customers.

As a public transport provider, Tiko Kece Taxis has also been providing services to students of the Matua programme in Nabua.

“Tiko Kece Taxis has been sponsoring the Matua programme for the past 18 years,” he said.

“When the students finish classes around 7.30pm, we provide two taxis to transport them to their individual homes as far as Wainadoi, Nausori, Nakelo and Burebasaga areas.”

Mr Baleilevuka said Tiko Kece Taxis has about 48 companies contracted with the company which was a reflection of good customer services.

“Tiko Kece Taxis have five bases within the Suva Corridor which include our main base in Nabua, Nasese, Suvavou, Khalsa Road and Koronivia Waidamudamu,” he said.

“We also have 180 plus taxis and about 200 drivers.”

His advice to anyone planning to venture into a taxi business was to always ensure that good customer service was provided to the public.
