7 Women And 48 Men For The Peoples Alliance

7 Women And 48 Men For The Peoples Alliance

Seven women and 48 men now make-up The People’s Alliance list of provisional candidates.

It comes as the party announced its final 20 provisional candidates at the party’s headquarters in Knollys Street, Suva, yesterday.

A number of them were SODELPA’s MPs and supporters until October 31 when the Writ for Elections was announced.

They are Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, Ro Filipe Tuisawau, Dr Antonio Lalabalavu, Inosi Kuridrani, Jese Saukuru and Peceli Vosanibola.

Also, in the line-up was former National Federation party member and Labasa businessman, Charan Jeath Singh.

Three women were also announced as provisional candidates for the party which included, Adi Meretui Ratunabuabua, Alitia Bainivalu and Bulou Gavidi.

The three provisional candidates who were announced earlier missed out in the final 55, this included Josaia Rayawa, Liliana Pareti-Warid while Sajal Narayan voluntarily withdrew.

The 55 provisional candidates are: Sitiveni Rabuka, Manoa Kamikamica, Lynda Tabuya, Daniel Lobendahn, Filiomoni Vosarogo, Sakiasi Ditoka, Sadasivan Naicker, Lavinia Kaumaitotoya, Pritam Singh Shokar, Jalesi Nakarawa, Jessica Naevo, Siromi Turaga, Vatimi Rayalu, Felix Magnus, Mereseini Baleilevuka, Cecil Brown, Ratu Tevita Momoedonu, Tevita Boseiwaqa, Tomasi Tunabuna, Peceli Rinakama, Mereoni Duaibe, Napolioni Nasara, Noa Seru, Rajendra Prasad, Semi Leiwere, Jacob Karutake, Sila Balawa, Apisalome Vunisa, Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, Ro Filipe Tuisawau, Ratu Rakuita Vakalalabure, Dr Atonio Lalabalavu, Inosi Kuridrani, Jese Saukuru, Kalaveti Vodo, Isireli Leweniqila, Maciu Katamotu, Mitieli Bulanauca, Ratu Tevita Navurelevu, Peceli Vosanibola, Kitione Radrodro, Meretui Ratunabuabua, Amjad Ali, Jovesa Vocea, Iliesa Sovui Vanawalu, Ratu Sikeli Tuiwailevu, Charan Jeath Singh, Parmesh Chand, Esromy Immanu’el, Alitia Bainivalu, Peni Tove Drodrolagi, Filipe Nainoca, Sakiusa Tubuna, Daniel Urai and Bulou Gavidi.
