Queen Victoria School (QVS) will celebrate its 70th platinum Anniversary on December 16.
The main platinum celebration will take place at Matavatucou.
The QVS 70th Platinum Anniversary working committee had organised a dinner on Thursday and the turn out was promising.
“We were overwhelmed by the number of people who turned up. QVS is an inclusive type of family where anyone that has any relations with the school is part of the ceremony,” Mr Karikaritu said.
