The Anti-Corruption High Court of Suva will hear closing submissions on November 21 concerning the former FijiFirst Member of Parliament, Vijendra Prakash.
The matter was called yesterday for closing submissions, however, the parties – the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) and the defence – agreed to argue next week because the trial transcripts were not ready.
Both FICAC and the defence closed their case calling several witnesses and exhibiting documents in support of their cases.
