A fully-fledged mixes agriculture farm on Denarau is expected to reduce costs on a hotel groups food bill.

Nestled between the Heineken House Restaurant and Denarau Island Golf Course lies an organic oasis of fresh Fijian produce, where Marriott International, Sheraton and Westin Resorts provides a growing platform to minimise the need to import and showcase the bounty of Fijian produce to guests, associates and local farmers.

Neeraj Chadha, the multiple vice president – Fiji and Samoa Marriott International Fiji Resorts , said they were dedicated to reducing the carbon footprint, minimising reliance on imports for produce and enlivening culinary mantra – ‘Go Local’
