The Fiji Corrections Service (FCS) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding between 13 mentors under the Sow A Seed (SAS) programme.

Under the guidance of these mentors, 13 young and first-time male offenders would be mentored.

Since the programme’s inception in 2018, it has seen more than 20 young offenders go through the programme.

FCS has monitored the efficient running of the SAS programme.
