The Fiji Corrections Service (FCS) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding between 13 mentors under the Sow A Seed (SAS) programme.

Under the guidance of these mentors, 13 young and first-time male offenders would be mentored.

FCS has monitored the efficient running of the SAS programme.
