Fiji’s long line fleet will be assured of improved environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
This follows a five-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between Conservation International and Fiji Fishing Industry Association(FFIA).
The agreement outlines the scope, roles and responsibilities of the new partnership and would run until 2027.
