A mother’s plan to spend Christmas with her children in Fiji was ruined after she was stabbed on the sixth floor of Perth hotel in Australia.
Vitorina Bruce left Fiji in May to work in Australia under the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme.
The deceased’s brother Samu Bruce lives in New South Wales. He is said to be the Police’s point of contact there.
