Seema Kumar is the human resources manager at Future Farms PTE LTD Rooster Poultry in Ba.

Her philosophy about business as a whole was to positively engage all stakeholders, exceeding expectations through quality, process and service excellence and to deliver the best for the company.

Ms Kumar believes in work-life balance.

“No matter how hectic my schedule is, I ultimately have control of my time and life,” she said.

With the support from her husband she is able to carry out her duties diligently and

become a role model to her daughter.

Socialising, playing keyboard, netball, reading and watching Television shows.

Convivial, and that I love fishing, playing keyboard, love to travel adventures and don’t like cooking the most.

Most places in Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.

I would love to go to Laucala Island Resort as I have never been there.

Laucala Island because of its uniqueness and is perhaps best known for and enjoyed as, a kaleidoscope of sporting and cultural activities for guests of all ages.
