High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza ordered state counsel Taitusi Tuenuku to finalise the pretrial conference checklist in the case of murder accused Vilisani Buli by the next mention date.
This is the case of Vilisani Buli who allegedly murdered a 54-year-old man in Bilolo, Ba on September 14, 2021.
The deceased was with his family when Buli, who was allegedly heavily intoxicated, started shouting and swearing at the victim and his family. The deceased then confronted Buli who allegedly assaulted him.
