Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre (FWCC) coordinator Shamima Ali says it is sad that none of the political parties have talked about women rights during their campaign for the 2022 General Election.
During the launching of 16 days of activism against women at Labasa Women’s Crisis Centre last Friday, she questioned the participants if they have heard of any political parties talking about women’s rights.
“We have been following all the political parties and none of them talked about women’s rights,” Ms Ali said.
