Wife Mourns The Death Of Her Husband Who Died Following A Vehicle Accident

Unaisi Baleitawake is trying to be strong for her children after her husband Jiuta Sodrega, 29, passed away following a car accident last week. The mother of three children said it was hard to accept that her husband would not be returning to them alive but in a coffin box.

According to Police, a fatal accident occurred on the eve of Friday November 25 along Princes Road near Colo-i-Suva, which claimed the life of a 29-year old man.

Mr Sodrega was a passenger in a car driven by a 28-year old man residing in Wainibuku, Nakasi. Police said the suspect did not have a driver’s licence and was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
