ACCF Helps An Indonesian Family

The Accident Compensation Commission of Fiji (ACCF) has made its first payment to the family of an Indonesian victim for an employment acci­dent, which resulted in the work­er’s death.

The Accident Compensation Commission of Fiji (ACCF) has made its first payment to the family of an Indonesian victim for an employment acci­dent, which resulted in the work­er’s death.

The deceased was a construc­tion worker who was assisting his workmates to move granite slabs when a few of the slabs fell on him, pinning him to a wall re­sulting in his death.

The victim was an Indonesian citizen, who was on a working visa in Fiji since 2017.
