141 HIV Cases In First Half Of 2022

Within the first half of the year, the Ministry of Health and Medical Services recorded 141 new HIV cases.

This was revealed by Speaker of Parliament and UNAIDS Pacific Goodwill Ambassador, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador on the commemoration of World AIDS Day yesterday.

56 per cent from the Central/Eastern division, 38 per cent from the Western Division and six per cent from the Northern Division”
