The Fiji Airways Fijiana sevens team is playing in this weekend’s Cape Town tournament in South Africa without star forward, Sesenieli Donu.
This was confirmed to SUNsports yesterday by Fiji Rugby Union Chief Executive Officer, John O’Connor.
“It was unfortunate that Sesenieli got injured in the first game against Japan in Dubai,” O’Connor said.
“She is not travelling with the team to Cape Town. However, arrangements have been made to fly her back home where she has to undergo surgery.”
