FijiFirst leader, Voreqe Bainimarama, reckons that The People’s Alliance candidate, Siromi Turaga has ‘lost his mind and his marbles’.
This was his response after Mr Turaga, during a campaign, was asked of any law that bound FijiFirst leader, Voreqe Bainimarama, and general secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, if the People’s Alliance formed government.
Mr Turaga, a former magistrate, said he would be personally responsible to see the two men go to prison if there were charges that could support it.
“If the SODELPA members were convicted for $32,000, why can’t they?” he asked.
“Why should they be given some kind of immunity? No way!”
