Vunisea Villagers Vote For One Identity

The village of 114 people had 79 eligible individuals registered voters of which 40 were males and the remaining females.

Voters of Vunisea villagers of Dreketi district in Macuata Province were out in numbers on Day 2 of pre-poll.

Most supported the advocacy of a one identity ‘Fijian’ mindset.

Village headman, Manasa Matakibau said this was an identity introduced by the FijiFirst Government.
