Jean Scores First For Fatiaki Family As The Dux For Marist Brothers High School

It was an emotional moment for Martha and Daniel Fatiaki to witness their eldest grandson become the first in the family to be awarded Marist Brothers High School Dux.
Mrs Fatiaki hugged Year 12 student, Jean Fatiaki, for 10 minutes as she poured her heart out to what she said was a “history in the making”. They are from Rotuma.
Both of them had sent their four sons to the school but not one of them made it to the top; one of them only missed out by half a mark.
