Udu Village headman Waisake Turaga is baffled that pre-polling was carried out on an exam date for Year 13 students.
Two Wainimala Secondary School Year 13 students were unable to vote yesterday because of exams.
Mr Turaga said they were among the 20 people who did not vote.
“I had sent my son to check on them to see if they have finished with their paper, but they hadn’t. The pre-polling should have been held on the date where there’s no exam for students,” he said.
