Doctor Reapi Turagabeci says as a foreigner living and studying in Cuba, the electoral process during an election was different from the one in Fiji.
“Cuban election system is different from all others that exist around the world,” she said.
“The country is led by a single party, that is not electoral in nature; does not nominate candidates, but serves as the guiding force in state affairs and society.”
