Fiji Pine is now planting in remote regions inland as part of its expansion plans.
Tropik Wood Industries Limited contributed almost $1 million towards landowner community development projects this year. Water projects, solar and education were among them, said Chief Executive Officer, Vimlesh Kumar.
It is among a substantial number of projects the company has engaged in over the past 12 months.

■ two brand new timber drying kilns,
