The leave to appeal hearing for Canadian national Joshua Aziz Rahman has been fixed for next March.
Rahman appeared before Fiji Court of Appeal Judge Justice Chandana Prematilaka yesterday at the Veiuto Court Complex in Suva for his appeal cases.
One case is of Rahman appealing his conviction and sentence while the other case is of the Director of Public Prosecutions appealing the sentence imposed on Rahman.
