It’s time to review our sevens rugby system and processes if the Fiji Airways Fijian men’s team is to stay competitive at all times.
The team’s ninth and fifth place finish at the Dubai and Cape Town Sevens tournament means that we must go back to the structure that was set by the team management.
This is critical if the team is to progress. Former Fijian men’s sevens head coach Gareth Baber spoke of a structure that he believed could get the best out of our players.
