New Troops In Solomon For Policing Support

The Commander of Joint Task Force Command Brigadier-General Manoa Gadai, delivered the farewell address, on behalf of the Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF), to the troops of Joint Task Force ‘Corimada 2’.
The troops departed on Saturday.
This is part of the rotation of the Joint Task Force in the Solomon Islands.
The RFMF has been assisting the Multinational Police Support Group (MPSG) since November 2021 in the restoration of security and stability and, in addition, undertaking rehabilitation projects in the community.
In his farewell speech, the CJTFC emphasized the need to be professional and to adhere to the standards of the RFMF.
Brigadier-General Gadai emphasised the need to continue the good work done by the troops operating under Task Force ‘Cori Mada 1’ in the Solomon Islands.
