The Ministry of Health and Medical Services will adjust remuneration packages for its medical staff to ensure and encourage staff retention.
This is after the exodus of many medical staff members overseas which remains a challenge for the ministry to rebuild its staff capacity in a better and strong way.
Permanent Secretary for Health and Medical Services, Dr James Fong, said in their medium to long-term ambition, budget submissions had been prepared to support human resource expansion and remuneration.
