SODELPA’s random violation of its governance principles has come back to hurt the party big time.
This time it could cost the party a rare chance of being in Government.
It’s general secretary, Lenaitasi Duru, who had tried his best to purge the party from this malaise, has had enough.
The last straw came when, according to him, some members not eligible to sit in the Management Board infiltrated the meeting on Tuesday that decided that SODELPA join The People’s Alliance and National Federation Party coalition to form a new Government.
