Raksha Priya Dave is and entrepreneur that set up her business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

She is the co-founder and managing director of Trident Consultant.

They have a team of graphic designers, web developers, translators, merchandise suppliers, and signage experts.

They help build creative businesses with their capacity to do market research, brand development, communications strategy, brand story creation, campaign development, social media marketing, photography, videography, and translations of live broadcast events and many more.

Ms Dave said she was inspired by her husband Rajnish Dave to start the business during the COVID pandemic.

She currently operates the business from home and is assisted by her husband.

“The business have been great as we had the opportunity to work with some very prestigious organisations,” Ms Dave said.

“One of the challenges that we face as a business is that people took us lightly because our company was new in the market.

“We were judged on that, rather than the experience we brought,”she said.

Ms Dave had gained experience over the years right after high school, and has worked in various managerial roles such as store manager at Extreme computers, admin assistant at MH head office, HR officer at Carpenters Hardware, OHS and Licensing officer for MH, Furniture buyer at Vinod Patel, Kriz signs as sales executive and with Oceanic communications.

She believes there should be service and more support towards female entrepreneurs.

How Many Places Have You Visited Around Fiji?

I have been all around Viti Levu, but would love to explore Vanua Levu next year.

I would take them to a waterfall after Warwick Resort.
