A nine-year-old boy of Ba has been hailed a hero after his act of bravery saved his grandmother from their burning four-bedroom home.

A nine-year-old boy of Ba has been hailed a hero after his act of bravery saved his grandmother from their burning four-bedroom home.
Police have acknowledged the brave act displayed by Pranav Kumar Deo of Raviravi, Ba, who ran about two kilometres to reach the nearest home to raise the alarm that their home was on fire.
Police said Pranav ran to ask for assistance from his other family members to save his grandmother, 62-year-old Premila Wati.
The fire started around midday on Thursday
