Do The Right Thing: Residents Urged

Lautoka City Council Chief Executive Officer, Mohammed Anees Khan, is urging Lautoka residents to do the right thing by disposing their litter in the correct places.

The call comes after a Lomolomo resident raised the issues of littering at Lomolomo Beach.

Mr Khan said people must be more responsible and take care of the environment.

He said as the regulating authority, the council was performing its utmost best and pleaded with those that were using the beaches to take care of it.
