Fiji has been labelled as one of the best destinations to visit in 2023 by CNN travel.

It is among the 23 destination ideas on the list alongside Poland, Western Australia, Liverpool in England, Charleston in South Carolina, Vilnius and more.

Tourism Fiji Chief Executive Officer Brent Hill shared his excitement on LinkedIn saying:

“When world renowned CNN puts together a list of the best destinations to travel to in 2023, we all hold our breath,” he stated.

“Will Fiji make it? Well, we did it!

“So if you’re thinking about where to travel to in 2023, put Fiji on your list, a place where happiness comes naturally.”

Fiji also made it to the top 10 destinations for Australians in 2022.

Ranking 6th, Fiji welcomed 255,890 Australians between January to October according to the data released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
