The People’s Alliance lawyer Simione Valenitabua has confirmed that he is part of the transition team which was why he has been seen at the Solicitor-General’s Office several times.
While he did not confirm nor deny applying for the substantive position of SG, Mr Valenitabua said they were waiting for the Judicial Services Commission to make an appointment.
“I can’t say or tell you that because I need to respect the process, respect the JSC to make that determination. I cannot disclose that to you right now,” Mr Valenitabua said.
