Fiji is pushed to eighth spot in the HSBC points table following their dismal performance at the Hamilton sevens yesterday.
Fiji had started well, winning all their pool games on Saturday but were humiliated by the eventual sevens leg winner Argentina when they lost 19-10 in the second quarterfinals.
That was the first time after ten years for Argentina to topple the two-time Olympians.
