Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources, Filimoni Vosarogo, says the FijiFirst general secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, needs to understand that the FijiFirst party is no longer in Government.
He was responding to a statement made by Mr Sayed Khaiyum in a press conference on Saturday. (Read report on Page 2)
“They seem to not understand now that the whole notion of democracy is that the wishes of the masses would have to be respected,” he said.
“He needs to understand that.”
Mr Vosarogo said the new Government would take its time and space on ‘things’ that it would consider.
