Lautoka-based High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza, says there are a lot of murder cases in trial in the Western Division.
Justice Hamza urged lawyers to communicate with those responsible for issuing post-mortem reports to avoid delays in court.
This was after defence lawyer Kemueli Verebalavu told the court yesterday that defence was waiting for a post-mortem report and clear crime scene photographs while the bodies of Sigatoka couple, Sesha Reddy and Mirdu Chandra were still inside their residence.
