Allen Lockington has been described as an irreplaceable man who had a golden heart.
Mr Lockington passed away at the Lautoka Hospital on Monday.
He was known to many for his witty comments and for being at the forefront for many unfortunate families in the Sugar City and around the country.
Close buddy and Mr Lockington’s right-hand man, Navnit Ram said the pair had been good friends since they attended Tilak High School.
