A 35-year-old single mother is selling pies door-to-door in Labasa Town so that she can financially support her five children’s education.
Timaima Lawanuku is among many mothers who are working tirelessly so that they can fully prepare to support their children’s back-to-school needs.
She left her village on Qamea Island in Cakaudrove to rent out in Wailevu, Labasa since there is no secondary school there.
