Flying Fijians head coach Vern Cotter has welcomed the law changes introduced by World Rugby at the beginning of this year as part of countdown to the Rugby World Cup in France.
The series of laws came in effect on January 1, seven months prior to RWC.
The RWC is from September 8 to October 28. Fiji is pooled with Wales, Australia, Georgia and Portugal.
