It’s unfair for Skipper Cup players in the country but there is no other better halfback than 18-year-old Philip Baselala.
These were the words of Fiji Rugby Union board chairman Commodore Humphrey Tawake after Baselala and 24-year-old Flying Fijian prop Livai Natave were awarded full-time playing contracts with the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua squad for this season’s Super Rugby Pacific competition.
