Navatuyaba Women Laud Sustainable Agricultural Project

Women of Navatuyaba village in Toga, Rewa are thankful for several lessons taught to them by two organization.
Backyard farming is now a center focus for these villagers, an alternative they said can be pursued especially when prices of produce at the market is high. They have now mastered the talent of turning cassava to edible flour for pastries.
Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Fiji, and Latterday Saint Charities initiated the programmes to the villagers.
It played a significant role in inspiring women to take up backyard gardening, more particularly making flour out of cassava.
