The Plantation Island Resort Sevens team is making its debut at this weekend’s 36th Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s.
The Malakai Namalo coached side is made up of resort staff.
Namalo, who is also a chief steward said the opportunity to participate in the 7s tournament has many benefits.
“We have been preparing for this tournament. Participation is important it augurs well with our work in keeping fit and play against teams who have been regularly taking part in sevens tournaments,” he said.
