From A Fisherman To Selling Pastry, Hard Work Pays Off For Jone Vale

Jone Vale, 60, is a familiar face around Lautoka City selling homemade cassava pies.

Mr Vale was a fisherman who had been involved in underwater spear fishing for more than 20 years.

He is the sole breadwinner for his family.

He lives with his wife, Rusiate Koto, 55, at their Vunato Settlement home in Lautoka.
