Coaching is about building relationship and trust, says Swire Shipping Fijian Drua’s forwards coach Greg Fleming.
He said this is, first established with the players before moving to key technical aspect of things.
The 48-year-old had been working with head coach Mick Byrne, coaching staff and the Drua players during the off season.
